Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Geneva

Senior finance partner role based in the Geneva office of a highly regarded international law firm. You will lead client mandates across banking and finance matters, work on syndicated and bilateral lending, and develop new client relationships in Switzerland and cross-border matters.

The team is looking for a commercial partner with an origination mindset — the role is largely opportunistic and provides a platform to grow market share from Geneva. The appointment offers a partnership seat with full transactional responsibility and strategic input into practice development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
• Strong origination and client-management track record
• Ability to lead cross-border matters from the Geneva office
