Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an Employment & Labor litigation practice in the Alexandria office. The role will focus on managing complex employment disputes, overseeing trial and pre-trial strategy, and delivering high-quality litigation counsel to a broad client base.

This partner will supervise associates and collaborate across practice groups, drive client development, and contribute to practice management and business growth initiatives. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcomed.

Established partner-level litigation experience in labor & employment matters
Proven trial and courtroom experience or substantial defense litigation background
Track record of client development and ability to grow a practice (portable business preferred)
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction
