Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Alexandria office to lead and grow a litigation-focused practice. The role will emphasize employment and labor disputes, professional liability, and healthcare-related litigation, with opportunities to handle construction and related commercial matters.

The partner will join a multi-practice team supporting regional and national clients, collaborating across offices on complex, client-facing engagements. This is a practice-development role where business generation and client relationship leadership are expected.

Established partner with a strong litigation background, ideally handling employment & labor, professional liability, healthcare, and construction matters
Proven record of leading trials, hearings, and high-stakes litigation
Demonstrable client development skills; portable book of business or clear ability to generate and grow client work preferred
Excellent writing, advocacy, and team leadership abilities
