Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an employment and labor litigation practice in the Buffalo office. The role focuses on high-volume employment disputes, collective actions, and trial work across state and federal courts.

The partner will manage and develop a team of associates, take primary responsibility for complex litigation matters, and work closely with clients on strategy and risk mitigation. Business development and client relationship growth are key components of the role; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business are encouraged to apply.

  • Established partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including state and federal court matters
  • Proven trial and motion practice skills; experience with class/collective actions preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable business welcome
  • Experience managing and mentoring associates and working collaboratively with practice teams
  • Bar admission in New York (or willingness to obtain)
