Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Buffalo litigation team with a strong focus on employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction matters. The role will involve handling complex commercial and employment disputes across state and federal courts as well as counseling clients on risk mitigation and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will help grow and mentor a busy practice group and collaborate with cross-practice teams on multi-disciplinary matters. This is a visible position with opportunities to develop client relationships and take on significant case responsibility.

Established partner with proven litigation track record in employment and commercial disputes
Experience handling healthcare, professional liability and/or construction-related litigation preferred
Proven business development ability; portable client relationships or demonstrated origination history welcome
Strong courtroom, counseling and team leadership skills
