Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Buffalo

Senior litigation partner role sought for the Buffalo office of a national US law firm. The hire will lead complex commercial and securities-related litigation matters and develop client relationships across public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation team handling high-stakes disputes, white-collar and securities enforcement work. This is a rainmaking role with significant client-development responsibility and opportunity to expand a regional practice.

• Proven trial and appellate litigation experience, including securities and white-collar matters.
• Demonstrated client-development and management skills; ability to lead teams on complex matters.
• Admission to practice in New York (or eligible) and standing in relevant courts.
