Senior litigation partner sought to join a busy Employment & Labor team in Miami. The role focuses on defending and litigating workplace disputes across state and federal courts, supervising trials and contested hearings, and managing complex employment matters for a diversified client base.

The hire will lead engagements, mentor associates, and work with cross-practice colleagues on related disputes and preventive counseling. A portable practice is welcome; the role includes responsibility for business development and client relationship management.

Established track record in employment and labor litigation, including trial and motion experience
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice/fee generation desirable
Experience supervising and mentoring litigation teams
Admitted (or able to be admitted) to practice in Florida and comfortable in federal and state courts
