A leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City office's Employment & Labor and Litigation practice. The role focuses on handling complex employment disputes, counseling employers, and leading trial and motion work in state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will join a busy, team-oriented practice and be expected to manage and mentor associates, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to practice growth in the region. This position is well suited to an experienced trial lawyer with an established book of business or clear business development traction.

Proven partner- or senior counsel-level experience in employment/labor litigation
Track record of trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Demonstrable business development ability or a portable practice
Active bar admission in Utah or eligibility to obtain admission
