Leading German law firm seeks a partner to join its Hamburg office to strengthen the Employment & Labor and Tax practices. The role combines client advisory and transactional work across employment law, compensation, and related tax issues for domestic and cross-border employers.

Ideal candidates will take a senior leadership role in the office, work closely with other practice groups, and help grow the local practice. The firm offers a collaborative environment and support for business development and team growth.

Established partner-level experience in Employment & Labor and/or Tax practice in Germany
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; a portable book of business is desirable
Strong client development and team leadership skills
Admission to practice in Germany and fluency in German; English proficiency for cross-border matters
