Partner, Corporate / M&A — Hamburg

Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established corporate/M&A practice from the firm's Hamburg office. The role will focus on originating and executing mid-to-large corporate transactions and building a local deal team.

Applicants with a strong portable practice and demonstrable client relationships will be prioritised. Sector expertise in life sciences is particularly welcome. The appointment includes senior equity participation and a clear leadership remit.

• Established track record as a corporate/M&A partner with experience leading transactions and teams
• Proven, portable client relationships and ability to originate mandates
