Senior partner opportunity for an experienced energy-focused lawyer to join a full-service international firm’s New York practice. The role will sit at the intersection of energy, environmental and tax work, with matter exposure across renewables, oil & gas, infrastructure and maritime/construction related matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team advising on transactional, regulatory and tax aspects of energy projects and infrastructure, and will work on cross-border matters with other offices. The role offers a platform to lead client relationships and to develop new business in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

We are seeking a commercially minded partner with deep sector knowledge and the ability to originate and manage high-value engagements. Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development capacity are important for this role.

Proven partner-level experience in energy, renewables, or oil & gas, including transactional and regulatory matters.
Experience advising on tax and/or environmental aspects of energy and infrastructure projects preferred.
Relevant experience with maritime or construction-related issues a plus.
Proven track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; portable book of business desirable.
Admission to practice in New York or eligibility for admission.
