Leading New York law firm is seeking a lateral Tax Partner to join its established tax practice. The role will involve advising publicly and privately held clients on complex federal, state, and international tax matters across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team. This is a visible partner role with opportunities to expand an existing tax practice and contribute to firm strategy in the region.

Established partner-level experience in tax law, with a demonstrable track record of leading matters and managing teams.
Deep technical expertise in federal, state, or international tax issues relevant to corporate and transactional clients.
Ability and willingness to bring or develop client relationships and contribute to business development; portable practice welcome.
Bar admission in New York (or eligibility) and excellent communication and client-management skills.
