The role focuses on transactional and regulatory work across energy, renewables, maritime and construction-related matters, with opportunities to advise on tax aspects tied to energy projects.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer with an existing portable practice or demonstrable origination track record to drive local business development and collaborate with national teams. This is a visible role combining client-facing leadership, deal execution and practice development.

Partner-level experience in energy, renewables and environmental matters; experience with maritime or construction-related projects a plus.
Proven client origination or a portable book of business and ability to develop new engagements.
Strong transactional and regulatory experience; familiarity with tax issues connected to energy transactions preferred.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent client-facing and team leadership skills.
