Seeking a partner to lead and grow a broad real-estate and construction practice in the Orange County market. The role will handle complex leasing, construction and development matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

Work will be primarily transactional and project-driven, often involving financing and cross-practice coordination. The team values client-facing partners who can manage large matters, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with finance and energy specialists.

Membership in good standing with the California bar (or eligible for admission)
Established partner-level transactional experience in real estate and construction (leasing, development, project delivery)
Experience advising on sector-specific matters such as healthcare facilities, renewable energy projects, industrial/logistics and resort development
Proven ability to lead deals, manage client relationships and supervise teams; a portable practice is welcomed but not mandatory
