Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established Energy & Environmental practice in Riyadh. The role will focus on advising on major energy projects, environmental regulatory matters and related transactional work across the region.

We seek a visible market practitioner who can build client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams and provide commercial, pragmatic legal advice on regulatory and project delivery risks. The position offers a leadership role in a well-resourced international firm with significant regional workstreams.

Applicants should have an existing, portable practice or demonstrable client-development record relevant to energy and environmental mandates in the Middle East.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with regional project and regulatory work.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or dispute teams.
Deep knowledge of regional energy markets and environmental regulatory frameworks.
Strong commercial judgment, leadership skills and ability to mentor senior and junior lawyers.
Qualified to practise in a recognised jurisdiction and able to work in Saudi Arabia.
