Leading law firm seeks a partner to join and grow its Energy Tax practice in New York. The role will focus on tax advice for energy-sector transactions and ongoing tax counseling for companies and investors in the energy space.

The successful candidate will take a front‑line role in client service and business development, working across deal teams and with other practice groups. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is welcome.

Established partner-level tax practice with significant experience advising energy-sector clients
Track record of leading transactional and/or structuring matters in tax (domestic and/or cross-border)
Proven client development skills and ability to grow a book of business
Strong communication and team leadership abilities; admitted to practice in New York or eligible to be admitted
