Experienced environmental compliance partner sought to lead and grow a team handling regulatory, permitting and enforcement matters across state and federal programs. The role will focus on advising clients on environmental regulatory strategy, compliance programs and administrative proceedings, with an expectation of managing complex CEQA-related matters.

The successful candidate will combine technical environmental law experience with client development skills and will mentor and lead associates on substantive matters. This is a partner-level opportunity where bringing and growing a portable practice is encouraged.

Established partner-level experience in environmental regulatory and compliance matters
Practical experience with CEQA or comparable state environmental review processes preferred
Proven team leadership and mentoring abilities
Track record of client development and ability to grow a portable practice
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
