The role will cover tax, environmental and transactional work for energy and maritime/construction projects, with a focus on renewable and traditional energy clients.
The incoming partner will join a multi-disciplinary team advising on project development, regulatory and transactional matters. The team handles cross-practice issues that include tax structuring, environmental compliance and construction/marine contracting.
There is flexibility for a partner with an established, portable practice and a track record of originating client work and developing teams within an established platform.
- Established partner-level experience in energy, infrastructure or project development matters
- Substantial experience in tax, environmental or maritime/construction matters relevant to energy projects
- Proven client origination and practice-development capabilities
- Strong transactional and regulatory experience, with comfort leading teams on complex matters
- Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required
