Leading international practice is recruiting a partner to join its London finance and corporate teams, focusing on asset and investment management matters. The role combines complex transactional work with strategic advice for institutional clients and fund sponsors.

The team seeks a technically excellent lawyer who can lead mandates, develop junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth. A portable practice is welcome but not essential; the emphasis is on demonstrable partner-level experience in investment/asset management work.

Proven partner-level experience in finance, corporate or asset/investment management transactions.
Strong technical skills advising funds, sponsors or institutional investors.
Track record of leading deals and mentoring junior lawyers.
Qualified in the UK or equivalent jurisdiction; strong commercial judgment and client management skills.
