Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles Finance & Banking and Corporate teams, focusing on asset management and investment management work. The role is client-facing and involves leading transactions, advising institutional clients, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Successful candidates will take ownership of significant matters, work collaboratively across practice groups, and support business development efforts in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be viewed positively.

Partner-level experience in finance, banking or corporate work with a focus on asset/investment management
Proven track record of leading transactions and managing teams
Strong client-development skills and comfort owning a portable practice
Active California bar membership or eligibility to practice in California
