An established finance partner is sought for a senior leadership role in the Dubai office of a leading international firm. The role focuses on transactional finance work across the region, leading teams and advising lenders and corporates on core financing matters.

The firm is looking for a commercial partner able to build and develop the Dubai finance practice, take responsibility for client relationships and originate new mandates. Candidates with an existing, portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate fee income will be prioritised.

Proven partner-level experience in transactional finance (bank lending, syndicated finance or related areas).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and winning new work.
Leadership experience managing teams and developing a practice in the region.
Admission to practice in a relevant common-law jurisdiction or equivalent; strong English-language skills.
