Senior partner-level hire to lead and originate finance and corporate mandates from the London office. The role will cover transactions across private equity, fund formation and venture capital, advising on both financing and corporate structuring work.

This is an urgent hire with strong capital and resourcing available. The team seeks an experienced private practice partner who can advise sophisticated sponsors and funds and who is comfortable leading cross-border deals.

Established partner-level track record in finance and corporate matters, with significant experience on private equity, fund formation and/or venture capital matters.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and to lead deal teams on complex, cross-border transactions.
Comfortable working within a highly resourced international practice; portable book of business is welcome but not required.
Admission/qualification in a relevant jurisdiction and experience working on UK-led transactions preferred.
