Top-tier law firm is seeking a partner to join its Chicago finance and securities practice and lead capital markets matters. The role will focus on advising corporate issuers and underwriters on public and private securities transactions and related financing work.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling sophisticated capital markets assignments across the United States, working closely with cross-practice colleagues on complex deal structuring and regulatory issues.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice will be an advantage
Strong technical knowledge of securities laws and SEC/regulatory processes
Leadership experience mentoring associates and leading deal teams
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
