Senior partner hire to lead and expand a capital markets and finance practice from the firm's Dubai office. The role will focus on originating and executing public and private capital markets transactions, syndicated debt and structured finance, and cross‑border financings for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will join an established Middle East team, advising on regulatory, transactional and strategic matters. This is a client‑facing role with responsibility for business development, matter leadership and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets and/or corporate finance.
Proven track record of originating and executing complex debt and equity transactions and managing cross‑border deals.
Experience working with Middle East or UAE regulatory frameworks and international counterparties preferred.
Demonstrable business development ability and experience managing a team of lawyers.
Relevant legal qualifications and ability to work in Dubai (admission or eligibility to practise as required).
