Senior attorney role joining a national insurance-coverage practice focused on first-party commercial property matters. The position will lead and manage high-value coverage files across multiple jurisdictions, handling complex loss scenarios and coverage disputes on behalf of carriers.

Responsibilities include directing large-loss evaluations (fire, casualty, business interruption, dishonesty), overseeing arson and fraud investigations, conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), and steering coverage litigation through trial when necessary. This is a partner-level seat within a nationally recognized insurance practice. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Minimum 8 years of dedicated insurance coverage experience, with substantial first-party commercial property focus
Current partner-level experience or equivalent senior counsel with demonstrated ability to manage a complex, national caseload
Proven trial and coverage-litigation experience, including conducting EUOs and leading investigations into suspected arson/fraud
Active Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing; multi-state admissions a plus
