Equity partner opportunity in a busy finance and banking practice based in Pittsburgh. The role will lead client engagements across commercial lending and bank representation work, advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a range of debt financing matters.

The firm seeks a rainmaker partner who will grow and manage a regional banking practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with practice colleagues on cross-office matters. This is a visible role with business-development and practice-management responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established banking and finance practice with demonstrable client relationships
• Proven track record of originating and closing lender/borrower matters
