Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and help lead its banking and finance practice in Pittsburgh. The role will handle a mix of commercial lending, secured finance, and related transactional matters across industry clients.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing role, originate and execute deals, and collaborate with other offices and practice groups on cross-border and multi-product financings. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

Partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing commercial lending matters
Strong client development and relationship management skills; portable book of business preferred
Ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers
Active bar admission and good standing
