Senior banking & finance partner role at a well-established national firm’s Pittsburgh office. The team handles a broad range of commercial lending and finance matters for institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders.

We seek an experienced, business-generating partner to join and grow the practice in the region. The role combines fee-earning responsibility with developing and mentoring junior lawyers, and working across related finance matters.

Established partner with significant banking and finance experience.
Track record of originating or developing client relationships and managing a portable practice.
Strong technical skills in commercial lending, credit facilities and related finance work.
Licensed (or able to be licensed) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; excellent leadership and business development skills.
