Senior partner hire to lead and grow a structured finance and securitization practice from the firm's Pittsburgh office. The role focuses on originating transactions, advising borrowers and issuers, and supervising complex structured and leveraged finance matters.

The position requires cross-office collaboration with national and sector teams, active client development, and mentoring associates to build a high-performing practice group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in structured finance / securitization and leveraged finance transactions
• Proven business development and client origination skills
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to manage and mentor teams
