Senior insurance coverage role in the Dallas office of a national Am Law 100 firm. The practice handles first‑party commercial property coverage matters on a national scale, representing insurers in complex coverage claims, mediations, arbitrations and litigation in state and federal courts.

The incoming partner will join an established, high‑volume team; a portable book of business is not required. Responsibilities include leading national first‑party commercial property matters, evaluating large‑loss and business‑interruption claims, overseeing arson/fraud investigations, conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), and driving coverage litigation through trial.

• 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience with a focus on first‑party commercial property.
• Current Partner or Senior Counsel with partner‑level capabilities and demonstrated judgment to manage a complex, national caseload.
• Proven experience in coverage litigation, trial preparation/first‑chair trial experience, conducting EUOs, and managing investigations.
• Active Texas bar admission in good standing; multi‑state admissions are a plus.
