Search for a lateral partner to join a national US law firm’s healthcare litigation team in Raleigh. The role focuses on representing healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial and regulatory disputes, with opportunities to lead matters and grow a regional practice.

The team handles a mix of litigation and regulatory work arising from healthcare operations, compliance matters and product- or service-related disputes. The position offers partnership-level responsibility, client development, and collaboration with colleagues across the firm’s national platform.

Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters.
Proven courtroom and/or dispositive motion experience and ability to lead significant matters.
Portable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to develop and grow a book of business.
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
