Top-tier international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Healthcare practice in the Orange County office. The role will focus on advising health systems, life sciences companies and other healthcare-sector clients on regulatory, transactional and commercial matters.

The successful candidate will combine deep sector knowledge with proven client development skills and experience managing partner-level engagements and teams. This is a visible leadership role with opportunity to shape regional strategy and expand the practice’s market presence.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences matters
Demonstrated track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable business welcome
Strong regulatory and transactional expertise relevant to healthcare providers, payors or life sciences companies
Ability to lead a team, mentor senior associates and contribute to practice management
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and JD or equivalent
