Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to co-lead and expand its healthcare litigation capability in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on defending healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial and regulatory disputes and managing high-stakes litigation from intake through trial.

The partner will run matters, mentor and develop associates, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on regulatory and compliance issues. This is a visible role with opportunity to grow an existing practice and strengthen client relationships in the region.

Proven litigation partner with significant healthcare and/or life sciences defense experience
Track record managing complex commercial and regulatory litigation and leading trial teams
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships; portable business welcomed
Strong mentoring skills and experience supervising associates
