Established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its healthcare litigation practice from the Wilmington office. The role will focus on defending and advising healthcare and life sciences clients across regulatory, coverage, and complex tort matters.

The successful candidate will take a front-line role handling significant trial and appellate work, mentoring junior litigators, and helping to expand client relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunity to shape practice strategy and cross-sell to adjacent practice groups.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating and developing business in the healthcare or life‑sciences sector are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level litigation background in healthcare and life‑sciences matters
Extensive trial and courtroom experience; appellate experience a plus
Track record of developing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers
Ability to manage matters and collaborate across practice groups; portable business preferred
