Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Healthcare practice in the Nashville office. The role focuses on advising healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, and will work closely with cross‑practice teams.

The team is seeking a commercially minded lawyer who can originate and manage client relationships, lead engagements, and contribute to practice growth in the region. This is an opportunity to take a visible role in a busy, multidisciplinary practice.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law
Proven record of originating or developing client relationships; ability to bring a portable practice is a plus
Strong regulatory, transactional and compliance experience advising healthcare entities
Team leadership and client-management skills; excellent written and oral communication
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
