Partner, Insurance Litigation — Palo Alto

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a policyholder-focused insurance litigation practice in the Palo Alto office. The role centers on disputed coverage claims, counseling on coverage positions, and managing complex insurance-related litigation across state and federal forums.

The successful candidate will join a broad litigation team and work closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues to advise clients on coverage strategy and dispute resolution. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for originating and developing matters and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Established partner with demonstrable experience in insurance coverage litigation (policyholder-side preferred)
• Track record handling disputed coverage claims and providing insurance counseling
• Proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships; portable practice or book of business is a plus
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience; capacity to supervise and develop associates
