Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Palo Alto litigation practice with a focus on energy and environmental matters. The role will handle complex contested matters, counseling and high-stakes litigation arising from the energy sector and environmental regulation.

Ideal candidates will lead and develop a portable practice, supervise associates, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams across offices. The position offers substantial client-facing responsibility and strategic case management in a busy regional hub.

Proven track record as a partner-level energy/environmental litigator handling complex matters
Experience leading trial and appellate litigation, investigations, and regulatory proceedings
Ability to originate and grow a portable practice; business development experience preferred
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible) and able to work from the Palo Alto office
