Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Fort Lauderdale

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Fort Lauderdale office to strengthen a patent litigation practice. The role will focus on managing high‑stakes patent disputes, courtroom and appellate work, and advising clients on infringement and validity matters.

The ideal candidate will have an established patent litigation practice and demonstrate a track record of originating and growing client relationships. This is a partner position with responsibility for supervising associates and contributing to business development and client service efforts in the region.

• Established patent litigation practice with significant courtroom and/or appellate experience
• Strong track record of client origination and business development; portable book of business welcomed
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex matters from filing through trial
• Active bar admission and JD; technical background or degree in relevant STEM field preferred
