Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Philadelphia

Experienced IP litigation partner sought to join and help lead a busy intellectual property litigation practice in the Philadelphia office of a well-established national law firm. The role focuses on managing complex patent litigation matters, supervising teams, and driving case strategy from pre-suit through trial and appeal.

This is a senior, client-facing position with responsibility for originating and expanding client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives. The firm is seeking a leader who can mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practices on multidisciplinary matters.

• Proven track record in patent and IP litigation at counsel or partner level
• Experience managing teams through all phases of litigation, including trial experience preferred
• Demonstrable client-development ability and a portable practice or history of originating work
• Strong writing, advocacy, and leadership skills; admission to relevant state bar
