Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia corporate team with a strong Intellectual Property and energy transactional focus. The role will originate and lead complex M&A and private equity deals, advise on life sciences IP-related transactions, and support energy-sector corporate matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice that blends corporate, transactional IP, and energy experience. There is scope for business development and leadership within the office; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with demonstrable experience leading M&A and private equity transactions
Substantial intellectual property experience, ideally with life sciences or technology clients
Transactional experience in the energy sector preferred
Proven business development skills and ability to cultivate client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
