Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Reno

Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Intellectual Property and Litigation groups in the Reno office. The role will involve handling high‑stakes patent and IP litigation matters and partnering with corporate colleagues on transactional and governance work.

Ideal candidates will be expected to grow and manage a portable practice, develop new client relationships, and collaborate across offices to expand the firm s IP and corporate platform. There is flexibility for candidates with a strong book of business and a track record of origination.

• Established partner with significant experience in patent/IP litigation, or in corporate transactional work and governance
• Proven business development and client relationship record; portable practice preferred
• Ability to lead matters and collaborate across practice groups and offices
• Active bar admission(s) and litigation/transactional credentials appropriate to the role
