Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a leveraged finance practice in the firm's London office. The role focuses on advising on leveraged financings and related capital markets work for sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex, market-leading transactions.

The team works across high-value syndicated and bilateral financings, sponsor-backed acquisitions and capital markets-linked financings. The successful candidate will be expected to originate work, advise major clients, and collaborate across international finance and corporate teams.

This is a business-development focused role: a portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating and sustaining client relationships will be an important element of the appointment. The group offers strong firm-wide support for cross-border execution and platform growth.

Established partner-level experience in leveraged finance and related capital markets transactions.
Proven origination capability and a track record of managing complex financings from mandate to close.
Strong relationships with sponsors, banks and corporate borrowers; ability to bring or expand a portable practice.
Demonstrable leadership skills and experience building and mentoring teams on large cross-border matters.
Excellent commercial judgment and the ability to work within a multi-specialist finance platform.
