Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & Intellectual Property — Washington, D.C.

Senior partner opportunity in the firm s litigation group focused on antitrust and patent matters. The role centers on leading high-stakes patent litigation in life sciences and technology and handling antitrust disputes often connected to private equity transactions.

The team combines national trial capability with cross-practice support; you d join a market-leading platform with established client relationships and resources to litigate complex matters. The role is best suited to an experienced trial lawyer with a portable practice and proven business development skills.

• Established partner-level litigation experience, including significant patent and/or antitrust trial work
• Demonstrable track record in life sciences and/or technology disputes preferred
• Portable book of business and clear client-development ability
• Strong leadership and case-management skills in large, multi-jurisdictional matters
• Admission to practice in DC (or ability to obtain) and willingness to handle court and trial work)
