Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Los Angeles

Well-established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles team with a dual litigation and corporate governance focus. The role will handle high‑value, cross‑border matters and provide senior-level counsel to sophisticated corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead case strategy, manage teams of associates, and work closely with transactional colleagues on governance and dispute prevention. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibility for originating and developing business.

• Established partner with significant litigation and corporate governance experience.
• Proven record of originating or managing client relationships; portable book of business required.
• Strong team leadership and people-management skills; experience supervising associates.
• Bar admission in California and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
