Leading, well-established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Portland office to lead and grow a cross-practice fintech and technology-focused practice. The role sits at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions and cybersecurity work, with a strong West Coast focus.

The successful candidate will handle high-value M&A and corporate governance matters, provide strategic counsel on cyber and fintech issues, and litigate or manage regulatory disputes as needed. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for originating business, client development and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate transactions (including M&A), technology-related matters, and litigation or regulatory work.
Demonstrable experience advising fintech or cybersecurity clients and familiarity with corporate governance issues.
Track record of client origination and business development; portable client relationships welcomed.
Ability to lead matters, supervise teams, and collaborate across offices on West Coast-focused matters.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
