Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Portland litigation team, with a focus on employment and labor matters. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters, supervise associates and work with a national platform to grow and service a portable practice. A proven track record of client development and the ability to bring and expand client relationships in the region are important.

Partner-level litigation experience, including employment/labor and commercial disputes
Proven courtroom and trial experience and the ability to manage complex matters
Demonstrated client development / origination capabilities; portable practice welcomed
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to work across a national platform
Admission to the relevant state bar (or eligibility)
