The team handles high-stakes defense and counseling matters for a mix of private and institutional clients. The firm is seeking an experienced trial-capable partner who can take a visible role in case strategy, client management, and business development in the region.

Lateral Partner with a strong commercial litigation background; significant experience in employment and professional liability matters preferred.
Demonstrated trial and courtroom experience and ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary matters.
Proven client relationship, origination, or business development skills; ability to grow a portable practice welcomed.
Bar admission in Utah or willingness to seek admission; team leadership and mentoring experience.
