Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation group with a primary focus on healthcare disputes and related technology matters. The role will handle defense-side healthcare litigation, managed care matters, and complex commercial disputes involving AI, cybersecurity and digital asset issues.

The team represents a mix of institutional and corporate clients across regulated healthcare and technology sectors. The position offers a senior platform to grow a litigation practice, mentor associates, and play a central role in client development and case strategy.

Established partner with significant trial and commercial litigation experience, preferably including healthcare litigation and FCA/managed-care matters.
Demonstrated experience with technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, digital assets) or interest in developing that work.
Proven business development skills and the ability to establish or expand a portable practice.
Strong leadership and associate-management experience; active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or the ability to obtain admission.
