Seeking a litigation partner to build and lead a Salt Lake City practice focused on healthcare disputes and technology-related litigation. The role emphasizes complex healthcare work (including FCA defense and managed-care matters) and cross-cutting tech litigation involving AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will handle high-stakes litigation, supervise associates, and collaborate with teams across practice areas. Strong courtroom experience and the ability to develop business in the healthcare and technology sectors are essential.

Experienced litigator with a history of handling complex healthcare and technology-related disputes (including FCA/managed-care matters and investigations).
Significant trial and/or motion practice experience; track record of managing teams.
Proven business development capability; portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work in Salt Lake City.
