Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Charleston litigation team with a focus on insurance matters. The role centers on representing policyholders in disputed coverage claims and providing insurance counseling and coverage analysis.

The successful candidate will join a group handling complex coverage litigation and advisory work across multiple jurisdictions. The position is partner-level and the firm is open to a candidate who can expand and develop a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in insurance coverage litigation and counseling, representing policyholders.
Proven courtroom and motion practice skills; experience managing complex coverage disputes.
Strong client development and relationship management abilities; openness to bringing or growing a portable practice.
Admission to the applicable state bar and ability to practice in the forum(s) required.
